About fuelService

fuelService is a free and and easy digital app designed for disabled drivers. The app seamlessly connects disabled drivers with a fuel service and convenience station who can assist with refuelling their vehicle before they drive there. APCO is proud to offer fuelService for drivers who require assistance.

fuelService is a fully managed cloud-based solution that doesn’t require the fuel station to install or maintain any equipment. It works with the existing telephone in the station for communication.

Essentially the app allows the driver to notify the attendant of their arrival and which fuel pump they are parked at. Drivers use either a smart phone app or an interactive phone call system to find and contact fuel stations.

The app which is widely adopted across Europe, North America and Canada, is available at all APCO stores. Providing equity of access to simple actions is one way APCO is working to provide convenience to the broader community and be more inclusive and respectful in the service it provides.
