From the inception of the APCO cafe24-7 concept, we knew we wanted to do something special with our barista made coffee. We strive to create a coffee experience that rivals that of Melbourne’s top cafes and through the process, partnered with Gigante Coffee to develop two coffee blends that deliver outstanding and consistent flavour. The award-winning blends were developed with a careful selection of green beans sourced from the Congo Estate out of Papua New Guinea.
